Regini is a Kenya-based platform that makes digital dollars (USDC) accessible to everyone. Convert KES to USDC via M-Pesa from as little as 350 KES and earn variable yield on eligible balances.

You need a Kenyan phone number, a national ID or passport for identity verification, and an M-Pesa account for deposits and withdrawals. Sign-up takes about five minutes.

Fund your account from M-Pesa, your KES converts to USDC right away. Withdraw back to M-Pesa whenever you like; withdrawals are instant too.

When you save with Regini, your digital dollars generate yield through our treasury and yield-generation partners. Any yield earned is added to your account balance daily. Yield rates are variable and not guaranteed. The current yield is around 5% per year, with no minimum balance required.

Opening and maintaining a Regini account is free. Regini charges a 10% performance fee on earnings, which is automatically deducted, the returns shown in the app are already net of fees. Any deposit or withdrawal fee will always be shown before you confirm a transaction.

Your funds are held as USDC, a regulated digital currency backed 1:1 by U.S. dollar reserves and short-term U.S. government securities. We use secure technology and regulated service providers to safeguard customer assets. However, Regini is not a bank and your funds are not covered by a government deposit guarantee. Please read our General Risk Warning before depositing.

Withdrawals to M-Pesa are processed instantly in most cases. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team.

Use the "Forgot PIN" option on the login screen to reset your PIN via your registered phone number. If you're still unable to access your account, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll help you recover it.

To close your account, first withdraw any remaining balance to M-Pesa, then contact us at support@regini.finance. We'll process your request and confirm once your account has been closed.

Digital dollars are electronic versions of the U.S. dollar. Regini uses USDC, issued by Circle, a regulated U.S. financial company, and backed 1:1 by U.S. dollar reserves and short-term U.S. government securities.
